Gansevoort Beach Club As part of its multi-level outdoor playground, Gansevoort South has a 55,000-square-feet oceanfront Beach Club created by acclaimed Nikki Beach designer Stephane Dupoux. Known for its unlimited functionality for events and major productions, the club features a number of oversized lounges, cabanas and tee pees, in addition to fire pits made for gathering around on the sand. The private cabana level acts as a tranquil enclave overlooking the oceanfront beach level. Gansevoort South Beach is currently the only property that has its own stretch of private beachfront.
